This Specific Assignment is Aimed at Validating a Set of Dimensions upon Which a Segmentation Exercise can be Carried out for Mses; And Particularly Mses Owned by Subsistence; Nano and Micro Women Entrepreneurs. We Expect the Validation to Take Place through a Series of Primary Interviews. The Main Objective is to Ensure that the Segmentation Criteria Proposed are Fit for Purpose for the Specific Country. This Expression of Interest Pertains to Segmentation Criteria Specific to Kenya and Uganda. It is Important to Note that this Validation Exercise is Part of a Larger Cgap Effort; And the Criteria being Validated would have been Developed through a Previous Engagement Involving a Comprehensive Literature Review of Mses and Mse Finance in the Three Target Countries. The Main Objectives of this Research are To: 1. Confirm that the Segmentation Dimensions Recommended are Fit for Purpose for a Majority of the Kenyan and Ugandan mses2. Identify the Characteristics and Borrowing Requirements of the Segment.3. Develop Personas to Highlight Findings. The Expected Outputs from this Exercise Include; But are not Limited to:1. Document Validating the Segmentation /Dimensions or Providing Alternatives.2. Personas of Mses that Fit and Validate the Final Segmentation Criteria/Dimensions..
