The Centre for Information Resources in Ukraine from Europe region had released this tender for Description of technical characteristics of the subject of procurement The subject of procurement: Software for creating, editing and post-production audiovisual content - Adobe Creative Cloud Pro for teams and Adobe Premiere for teams (or equivalent). Minimum technical and functional characteristics of the software: 1. Adobe Creative Cloud Pro for teams 1.1. License type: corporate named user license for teams (for teams / Named User), validity period - 12 months. 1.2. Number of licenses: 5 (five) units. 1.3. The software package must include at least 20 professional applications for working with video, graphics, photography, audio, animation, layout and PDF documents. 1.4. The package must include at least: Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, Media Encoder, Lightroom, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Bridge or functionally equivalent applications. 1.5. Support for Microsoft Windows and macOS operating systems. 1.6. Presence of a centralized administrative console for assigning, reassigning and revoking licenses, managing users and corporate assets. 1.7. Support for team collaboration, shared libraries and team projects. 1.8. Presence of a cloud storage for each licensed user with a capacity of at least 100 GB. 1.9. Presence of generative artificial intelligence tools for working with images, video and audio within the functionality of the manufacturer's current plan. 1.10. Access to all current software updates throughout the license validity period. 1.11. Manufacturer or authorized supplier technical support during the license validity period. 2. Adobe Premiere for teams 2.1. License type: corporate named user license for teams (for teams / Named User), validity period - 12 months. 2.2. Number of licenses: 10 (ten) units. 2.3. Professional non-linear video editing system for television, digital and online production. 2.4. Support for video editing in HD, Full HD, UHD/4K and higher formats. 2.5. Support for multi-camera editing and synchronization of materials by audio and/or timecode. 2.6. Support for professional video codecs and containers, including H.264, H.265/HEVC, Apple ProRes, Avid DNxHD/DNxHR, MXF and QuickTime or functionally equivalent formats. 2.7. Support for proxy workflow for working with high-resolution materials. 2.8. Presence of professional color correction tools, LUT work, curves, color wheels and HDR materials. 2.9. Support for titles, graphic templates, subtitles and automated speech transcription. 2.10. Support for multi-channel audio, mixing and third-party audio plugins standard VST or equivalent. 2.11. Support for hardware GPU acceleration and hardware encoding/decoding when compatible hardware is available. 2.12. Support for integration with compositing, graphics, audio post-production and batch encoding systems within the manufacturer's ecosystem or functionally equivalent solution. 2.13. Presence of tools for team collaboration and project editing, including centralized license management through the administrative console. 2.14. Presence of Frame.io for Creative Cloud or functionally equivalent service for review/approval and team collaboration with video materials. 2.15. Access to all current software updates throughout the license validity period. 3. Licensing and commercial terms 3.1. Adobe Creative Cloud Pro for teams: 5 licenses for 12 months. 3.2. Adobe Premiere for teams: 10 licenses for 12 months. 3.3. Licenses must be new commercial or government team licenses (COM/GOV according to the supplier's terms), registered to the buyer's organization. 3.4. Educational (EDU), Trial, NFR, individual licenses or other types of licenses that do not include centralized corporate administration are not allowed. 3.5. Delivery method - electronic. The supplier must provide official license data, activation codes or other activation mechanisms as specified by the manufacturer. 3.6. All licenses must be managed through the buyer's unified corporate administrative console and have the ability to be reassigned between users according to the manufacturer's rules. 3.7. License validity period - 365 days from the activation date or the start of the validity period as defined in the contract.
