Diesel fuel Euro 5 coupon DK021 2015 - 09134200-9 Diesel fuel respectively The term of delivery of the Goods is within two working days from the date of receipt of the application by the Supplier but no later than 12 31 2026 The place of delivery of coupons is 24300 Vinnytsia region Haysynskyi district Trostyanets village str Happy 1 The transfer of the Goods is carried out upon presentation by the Buyer of coupons issued by the Supplier which confirm the Customer s right to receive fuel stored at the gas station hereinafter - the coupon Vouchers are the property of the Supplier and are transferred to the Buyer for temporary use in accordance with the terms of the Agreement Vouchers are handed over to the Buyer after the latter presents a power of attorney to receive the Goods The Goods are delivered by refueling the Buyer s vehicle at the Supplier s gas station using the Supplier s coupons Petroleum products are delivered to the Customer from the Supplier s gas station 24 hours a day in the Trostyanets village and the Trostyanets territorial community or no more than 15 km away from the location of the Buyer as well as at other gas stations of the winning participant on the territory of Ukraine except for the Donetsk Luhansk regions and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and guided by the Instructions on the procedure for receiving transporting storing issuing and accounting for oil and oil products at enterprises and organizations of Ukraine approved by the interdepartmental order of 20 05 2008 No 281 171 578 155 hereinafter - Instruction which applies to all classes types groups and types of oil and types brands and types depending on the mass fraction of sulfur of petroleum products Motor vehicles are refueled with petroleum products at gas stations through fuel dispensers The deadline for the transfer of coupons is within two working days from the date of receipt of the application by sending the application by letter to the e-mail address specified in this contract telephone messenger Vouchers must be valid for at least 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract In case of expiration of the coupons the Buyer has the opportunity to exchange them for others with a new validity period and the Supplier undertakes to exchange them for new ones with a new validity period In the case of switching to coupons of a new type the Supplier shall exchange the coupons of the old type which remained with the Buyer and were not implemented for coupons of the new type including those remaining with the Buyer after their expiration date Settlements are made through 100 post-payment in the number of delivered batches of the Goods on the basis of the invoice within 15 calendar days from the moment of actual receipt of the Goods provided real financing is available The country of origin of the product cannot be the Russian Federation Republic of Belarus Islamic Republic of Iran - 13135859
