The Military unit 1551 in Ukraine from Europe region has released this tender for Delivery (shipment) terms of goods: The Supplier is obligated to deliver goods at the Buyer's disposal, together with all necessary documents for acceptance of goods under the terms of this Contract, within 5 (five) days from the date of the Buyer's application, but in any case no later than 25.11.2026. The Buyer's application is submitted by sending it to the Supplier's postal address, or electronic address, or by telephone. Goods delivery may be carried out in separate batches according to the Buyer's application. The volume of each batch is determined by the Buyer depending on actual needs. A batch of goods under the Contract is considered to be the delivery of goods in the volume determined by each individual Buyer's application. In case of submitting the application to the Supplier's electronic address specified in the Supplier's details, the application is deemed to be received by the Supplier from the date of sending it by the Buyer to the Supplier's electronic address. Delivery place of goods: The Supplier delivers and transfers goods to the Buyer under DDP (in accordance with the International Rules for Interpretation of Trade Terms Incoterms 2020) at the final destination, which is located at the address: city of Cherkasy, ul. ___________. The Supplier guarantees that the country of origin of the goods to be delivered to the Buyer, as of the delivery date and as of the date of this Contract, is not the Russian Federation / Republic of Belarus / Islamic Republic of Iran. Payments are made by the Buyer within 30 days after delivery of goods and submission by the Supplier of an acceptance (delivery) note, signed and stamped by an authorized representative of the Supplier, who is authorized to sign commercial and financial documents. Additional to the acceptance (delivery) note are documents, duly stamped, that confirm the quality of the delivered goods. Payments under this Contract are made in accordance with subsection 2 of paragraph 19 of the Order on the Execution of Powers of the State Treasury Service in special mode under wartime conditions, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on 09.06.2021 No. 590 (with amendments and additions) in the national currency of Ukraine - hryvnia, in cashless form by transferring the amounts due to be paid to the Supplier's current account specified in this Contract. The Buyer makes payment within the scope of the budgetary funding received. In case of delay in budgetary funding, the payment for the delivered goods is made within 5 (five) days from the date of receipt of the Buyer by the budgetary allocation for financing the purchase to his registration account. with tender notice no.
