The objectives of the Regional Program are: 1. Institutionalizing effective models of, and processes in, HIV responses in the EECA region to impact the HIV care cascade in the region. 2. Removing barriers to services for key populations to promote quality health interventions based on human rights principles; addressing gender barriers to services. 3. Budget advocacy for sustainable services for key populations in the EECA region The regional project “Sustainability of services for key populations in EECA region” (aka #SoS_project 2.0) is being implemented by a consortium of organizations led by Alliance for Public Health in partnership with 100% Life. Preliminary plans for informational campaign in 2023-2024: • Development of information materials of various formats and their placement on all communication channels of the Public Health Center, the Public Health Alliance and the Global Alliance; • Materials should be released every 2 weeks (please provide a list of topics for the first 3 months and a plan for their release). Note that the materials must include articles or their translations by experts; • Develop 2-3 main neutral videos regarding the launch of the pilot, explaining what SAV-LA is to attract customers, • Informing all service providers about available developed information materials: infographics, illustrations, videos, links to interviews, layouts for social networks, etc.; • We stimulate the dissemination of information among available influencers (leaders of public opinion among MSM), who are authoritative among the target audience of service recipients;.
