The UNICEF in Ukraine from Europe region had released this tender for UNICEF has now issued a Request for Proposals in order to select a supplier for the provision ofLong Term Arrangement Services (LTAS) for 3 Categories I. Copywriters, Editors; II. Graphic and Motion Design, Illustration; III. Photo and video services. The purpose of this tender is to establish Long Term Arrangements for Services (LTAS) with successful proposer(s) in one or more categories of service to support UNICEF’s work in Communications through specific, binding contracts issued in Ukraine, and cost-estimated based on pre-identified criteria and rate-cards. Proposals are thus requested from qualified and reputable institutions with demonstrated leadership, track records, profound experience, and ability to work at national, regional, and local levels in Ukraine across the categories of strategic services provided. Ukraine Country Office intends to establish not less than two LTAs for each category of services to ensure services continuity. The LTAs shall be established for a duration of 24 months with a possibility of extension for another two 12-month periods, subject to evaluation of performance. Total maximum duration of LTAS is 4 years.
