6. The main factors that will influence the final decision regarding the winner(s) of the competition are specified in clause 7 of
the Specifications.
7. The winner(s) of the competition will be chosen at the meeting of the competition committee, which will take place within
three days after the deadline for submitting commercial proposals and after their detailed technical, financial and legal
evaluation, but no later than November 22, 2023. Information about the winner(s) will be published within 3 (three) working
days after the official approval of the winners by the competition commission.
8. Proposals in scanned form and additionally Appendix No. 1, 2 (if available in the specification) in word, excel format should
be sent to the e-mail address: sarychev@aph.org.ua
9. The "Alliance of Public Health" MBF reserves the right to request additional materials or information from the participants of
the competition confirming the compliance of individual provisions of the proposals with the requirements of the specification
and the legal entity as a participant of this competition.
10. Public Health Alliance MBF reserves the right to accept or reject any commercial offer in accordance with the published on 07 Nov 2023. The tender expired on 15 Nov 2023.
