- Procurement Practices Reform Consultant (contracted)
Tendering process for the listed contracts is expected to commence in September 2023 starting with the prequalification for Contract 1 (Civil works) and Consultancy services for works supervision (FIDIC Engineer) assignment.
Contracts will be financed with the proceeds of the EBRD loan and expected EIB loan and will be subject to the EBRD Procurement Policies and Rules (Rev. May 2022) and will be open to eligible firms from any country unless otherwise specified in procurement documents. All procurement processes will be carried out in the EBRD Client E-Procurement Portal (ECEPP).
