(WITH SPARE PARTS). ### THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAKE SURE THE ARRANGEMENT TO PROVIDE GENUINE PARTS IN CASE OF ANY EMERGENCY. ### THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE TO MAINTAIN LOAD TEST LIMITS OF DUBAI RE GULATIONS AND RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING NECESSARY LOAD TEST CERTIFICATES FOR THE THIRD PARTY APPROVED BY DM ON REGULAR BASIS AS PER REQUIREMENTS. ### THE CONTRACTOR WILL PROVIDE A DETAILED SCOPE OF PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE FULL COVERED SCOP E. ### THE CONTRACTOR WILL PROVIDE ON-CALL SUPPORT. ### EMERGENCY SUPPORT 24X7 X365. ### MANDATORY REPLACEMENT OF SPARE PARTS WILL B E INCLUDED IN THE CONTRACT. PLANNED PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE: ### THE PRICE TO BE INCLUDED IN PROVIDING FOUR PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE V ISITS (ONES EVERY 3 MONTHS VISITS) TO ENSURE TROUBLE-FREE OPERATION AND TO MAXIMIZE THE LIFE OF OUR EQUIPMENT. THE PREVENTIVE MAINTE NANCE SHALL BE CARRIED OUT BY THE MANUFACTURER#S RECOMMENDATION. ### SERVICE TO BE CARRIED OUT IN THE PRESENCE OF DEWA CIVIL DEPARTM ENT STAFF ONLY. BREAKDOWN CALL: ### ALL EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE CALLS TO BE ATTENDED IMMEDIATELY 24X7 ROUND THE CLOCK 365 DAYS. ### R ESPOND TIME IN AN EMERGENCY, IF THE UNIT IS OUT OF SERVICE ARRIVAL TO SITE NOT MORE THAN 3 HOURS. REPAIRS TO PLANT & EQUIPMENT: ### IT WILL BE THE AGREEMENT'S OBJECTIVE THAT THE CONTRACTOR WILL PROVIDE ALL LABOUR NECESSARY FOR MAINTAINING THE EQUIPMENT IN GOOD OP ERATING CONDITION, FURNISH REMEDIAL MAINTENANCE, AND PROVIDE A TEAM OF ENGINEERS TO KEEP EQUIPMENT WORKING UP TO THE MANUFACTURER#S SPECIFICATIONS. PAYMENT TERMS: PAYMENTS TERMS SHALL BE QUARTERLY ON COMPLETION OF EACH MONTHLY PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE VISIT AND BRE AKDOWN VISIT AND SUBMISSION OF REPORT DULY SIGNED BY OUR REPRESENTATIVE.
