TITLE: #REFURBISHMENT OF FIRE FIGHTING DELUG E VALVES SIZE, 3",4" & 6" (QTY 4 EACH). PERIOD OF WORK: 5 DAYS AFTER COLLECTION FROM DEWA (TENTATIVE DATE IN BETWEEN 01.12.2023 TO 31.12.2024) SCOPE OF WORK FOR REFURBISHMENT AND TESTING OF DIFFERENT SIZES DELUGE VALVES 1.#THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VISIT THE SITE AND MAKE HIMSELF FULLY FAMILIAR WITH THE WORK SCOPE BEFORE HE SUBMITS HIS BID. 2.#PARTY SHALL SUBMIT METHOD OF STATEMENT IN ADVANCE TO DEWA. 3.#OBTAIN GATE PASS FOR THE STAFFS AND PERMIT TO COLLECT THE DELUGE VALVES (CONTRACTOR HAS TO SUBMIT THE NECESSARY GATE/ ENTRY PASS DOCUMENTS, TO DEWA ENGINEER WELL IN ADVANCE). 4.#COLLECTION AND TRANSPORTATION OF THE DELUGE VALVES FROM DEWA L-1 STATION TO C ONTRACTOR WORKSHOP. 5.#THE DELUGE VALVES WILL BE HANDED OVER TO CONTRACTOR 3 NUMBERS AT A TIME, BASED ON THE DEWA INSPECTION DURING PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE. 6.#DISMANTLING, CLEANING, INSPECTION OF VALVE INTERNALS. 7.#SUBMISSION OF THE INITIAL INSPECTION REPORT TO D EWA. 8.#REMOVAL OF THE EXISTING PAINTING FROM THE VALVE. 9.#COMPLETE SAND BLASTING OF THE VALVE BODY. 10.#PAINTING OF VALVE AS PER A PPROVED PAINT AND STANDARD. . 11.#BOX UP OF THE VALVE WITH NEW DIAPHRAGM. (DIAPHRAGM WILL BE SUPPLIED BY DEWA). 12.#TESTING OF THE V ALVE AS PER REQUIRED STANDARD. 13.#TEST CERTIFICATE SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO DEWA. 14.#PUNCHING THE UNIQUE NUMBER ON THE DELUGE VALVE A ND MENTION THE SAME UNIQUE NUMBER IN THE REPORT. 15.#PROVIDE ONE-YEAR WARRANTY 16.#DETAILED WORK EXECUTION REPORT SHALL BE SUBMITT ED TO DEWA AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY ALONG WITH PHOTOS.
