SCOPE SHALL INCLUDE REMOVAL, TRANSPORTATION, DISMANTLING, AND REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED PARTS INCLUDING FASTENERS, GASKETS, AND ASSEMBLY OF BLOWER, TESTING AND INSTALLATION SPARE PARTS WILL BE FREE SUPPLY BY DEWA, WHEREAS ALL CONSUMABLES, FLANGE BOLTS, GASKETS SHALL BE UNDER VE NDOR SCOPE. DISMANTLING: (1) REMOVAL OF BLOWER ASSEMBLY FROM SYSTEM AND TRANSPORTATION TO FACILITY. (2) DISMANTLING THE COMPLETE BLOWER. (3) INSPECTION OF BLOWER INDIVIDUAL PARTS AFTER THE REMOVAL OF LOBE / BEARING/ SHAFT / GEARS. (4) SUBMISSION OF INITIAL / STRIP INSPECTION REPORT. (5) CLEANING & RUST REMOVAL OF ALL PARTS AFTER DISMANTLING. REPAIR, RECONDITIONING & ASSEMBLY: (1) REPLA CEMENT OF DAMAGED/ DEFORMED/ CORRODED SPARE PARTS. (2) MINOR WELDING WORKS, MACHINING OF PARTS, POLISHING ETC., AS NECESSARY (3) A BRASIVE BLASTING AND PAINTING OF BLOWER EXTERNALS. (4) ASSEMBLING BACK THE BLOWER. (5) REPLACEMENT OF CORRODED / DAMAGED BLOWER FL ANGE BOLTS WHEREVER NECESSARY. (6) INSTALL BLOWER BACK TO SYSTEM WITH NEW GASKETS.
