SCOPE OF WORK/ TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION ##OEM GIS SPECIALIST ALONG WITH SUPPORT STAFF SHALL BE ARRANGED BY M/S SIEMENS FOR CARRYING OUT ALL GIS RELATED WORKS FOR REMOVING R, Y & B PHASE GIB TO FACILITATE OIL LEAK RECTIFICATION IN GTR31 AND REINSTALLATION. ###ALL T HE NECESSARY TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT REQUIRED TO CARRY OUT ABOVE MENTIONED WORK SHALL BE ARRANGED BY M/S SIEMENS. ###STEP BY STEP METHOD OF STATEMENT SHALL BE PROVIDED BY M/S SIEMENS FOR THE MENTIONED GIB REMOVAL WORK ALONG WITH RISK ASSESSMENT. ###SUPPLY OF O-RINGS, CONTACT SPRINGS, FILTER BAGS TO ALLOW REMOVAL AND REINSTATEMENT OF 400KV GIB IS INCLUDED IN THIS SCOPE. ###ALL NECESSARY TESTING (CO NTACT RESISTANCE, SF6 GAS QUALITY TESTS, ETC.) SHALL BE CARRIED OUT BEFORE REMOVAL AND AFTER NORMALIZATION OF GIB PORTIONS ##ALL NE CESSARY TEST EQUIPMENT SHALL BE ARRANGED BY THE CONTRACTOR. ##SF6 GAS HANDLING MACHINE SHALL BE PROVIDED FROM DEWA SIDE. ###REMOVED GIB PORTIONS SHALL BE PROPERLY PACKED AND STORED AS PER OEM STANDARD IF THE TRANSFORMER OIL LEAK RECTIFICATION WORK IS EXTENDED. ##O EM RECOMMENDATION AND NECESSARY SERVICES SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR THE REQUIREMENT OF HV TEST/SOAKING BEFORE TAKING INTO SERVICE THE DIS MANTLED GIB PORTIONS Qty: 1 STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS 1) Prices should be 'DDP' delivery duty paid at DEWA stores. 2) Quotation to be submitted only in local currency U.A.E Dirhams 3) DEWA Standard payment terms is '30 days credit' from the date of acceptance of material 4) No DEWA staff or his or her relatives up to third degree should have ownership or partnership in your company, and your participation in DEWA tenders / RFQs should not constitute a Conflict or perceived Conflict of Interest.
