The Policy Lab adopts a structured approach for Policy Owners to collaborate effectively with the policy stakeholders, leveraging their insights and expertise to define the problem statement, conducting rational impact assessments, facilitating stakeholder consultations, and ultimately formulating well-informed and effective policies. This collaborative framework ensures that relevant policies, aligned with the Department of Health's overall vision, are comprehensive, effective, and seamlessly implemented by all key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem. Scope of Work The DOH is seeking a consulting partner to provide support in conducting Policy Lab cycles for a total of six regulatory topics (1 session on 2023 and 5 session on 2024) via the recently established Policy Lab setup and methodologies. In the initial preparatory phase, the Policy Lab and the Policy Owners will develop the first draft of the policies and conduct a first round of stakeholder mapping and interviews, with the primary aim of formulating a preliminary problem statement and conducting an impact assessment.
