INSPECTION OF EACH PARTS OF PUMP. 5. MINOR REPA IR & RECTIFICATION IF NECESSARY, IF ANY SMALL MACHINING WORK REQUIRED IT WOULD BE IN VENDOR#S SCOPE. 7. ALL MAJOR SPARES I.E. BEARIN GS, IMPELLER, MECHANICAL SEAL/PACKING ETC. FOR RE-ASSEMBLY WILL BE PROVIDED BY DEWA. 8. REASSEMBLY THE PUMP AND COMPLETE THE WORK IN ALL RESPECT 9. LEAK AND FUNCTIONAL TEST OF THE PUMP. 10. INSTALLATION, ALIGNMENT& COMMISSIONING ACTIVITIES. 10. ALL THE LIFTING TOO LS AND TACKLES REQUIRED FOR WORK TO BE BROUGHT BY VENDOR AND IT SHALL BE WITH VALID CERTIFICATE. LIFTING WORK WILL BE IN 1 G01 VENDOR#S SC OPE 11. SUBMISSION OF DETAILS REPORT OF WORK DONE 12. PAINT SIMILAR COLOR AS EXISTING. 13. WORK WILL BE CARRIED OUT AS PER DEWA WORK SCHEDULE. 14. DEWA HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT POLICY WILL BE FOLLOWED 15. WORK TO BE COMPLETED IN ALL RESPECT SCOPE OF DEWA: 1 . ALL I&C AND ELECTRICAL INSTRUMENTS SHALL BE DISCONNECTED BY DEWA 2. AIR SUPPLY AS AVAILABLE AT ONE POINT 3. POWER SUPPLY IN ONE PO INT 4. CRANE AS AVAILABLE 5. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO HAVE HIS OWN ARRANGEMENT IN EXTENDING THE ELECTRICITY AND WATER UTILITY TO HIS PLACES OF WORK. FOR ANY BULK STORAGE OF WATER, CONTRACTOR SHOULD MAKE HIS OWN ARRANGEMENT FOR STORAGE TANKS, E TC. 6. THE CONTRACTOR, HOWEVER, IS REQUIRED TO FURNISH IN ADVANCE HIS REQUIREMENT OF POWER AND AIR WITH FULL JUSTIFICATION. CONTRACT OR SHALL NOT WASTE OR MISUSE THE FACILITIES PROVIDED BY DEWA. 7. ISOLATIONS AND PERMIT TO WORK OF THE DESIGNATED EQUIPMENT IN LINE W ITH DEWA PTW PROCEDURE. 8. NECESSARY ENTRY PERMITS FOR CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL, EQUIPMENT AND VEHICLES AS PER DEWA PROCEDURE.
