Note: To make sure of the works and the required quantities, the contractor must visit the site and check out any ignorance and make sure of all the items required to be implemented in order to complete the work in the fullest way, knowing that the contractor must submit the required method of work and price all the items with the provision of a guarantee for the works knowing that the university has the right to accept, reject or add other works according to the individual prices in the bill of quantities without objection from the contractor or any additional claims..
