REINSTALLATION OF SPLIT UNITS AT OLD ACADEMY BUILDING. A.#SCOPE OF WORKS: - ·#THE CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO QUOTE LUMP SUM PRICE FOR REINSTALLATION OF 70 NOS OF SPLIT UNITS. (AC UNITS WILL BE PROVIDED BY DEWA) ·#CONTRACTOR TO USE MUELLER BRAND COOPER PIPES FOR SUC TION AND DISCHARGE LINES WITH INSULATION AND CLOTH FOSTER AS PER SITE REQUIREMENT. ·#CONTRACTOR TO INSTALL WEATHERPROOF (ABB BRAND A LUMINUM ALLOY ENCLOSURE) ISOLATOR FOR THE CONDENSING UNITS. ·#CONTRACTOR TO USE ANTIFUNGAL FOSTER 30-36 FOR THE COPPER PIPES. ·#CONT RACTOR TO USE GI TRUNKING TO CLOSE THE CONTROL CABLE AND COOPER PIPE AS WELL AS PER SITE REQUIREMENT. ·#CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE POWER AND CONTROL CABLES FROM CONDENSER UNIT TO INDOOR UNIT. ·#CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE AND PULL THE CABLE WITH CONDUIT FROM NEARBY DP TO AC UNIT. ·#CONTRACTOR TO CARRY OUT LEAK TESTING FOR THE AC UNITS WITH NITROGEN GAS (300 PSI) BEFORE CHARGING REFRIGERANT GAS. ·#CONTRAC TOR TO FLUSH THE REFRIGERANT CIRCUITS WITH NITROGEN GAS. ·#VACUUM THE SYSTEM FROM MOISTURE (EVACUATE UNIT TO LESS THAN 1000 MICRONS AND PERFORM A STANDING VACUUM TEST) ·#CONTRACTOR TO SUPPLY AND CHARGE THE FREON GAS AS PER SITE REQUIREMENT. ·#CONTRACTOR TO INCLUDE CIVIL MODIFICATION WORKS FOR THE CONDENSING UNITS AS PER SITE REQUIREMENT. ·#CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE NEW DRAINAGE PIPELINE WITH INSUL ATION AS PER SITE REQUIREMENT. ·#CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE UNTI VIBRATION PADS FOR THE CONDENSING UNITS. ·#THE QUOTATION WILL BE SUBMITT ED AS PER DEWA SPECIFICATION AND SURVEY ONLY. ·#CONTRACTOR TO SUBMIT ALL MATERIALS AND BRANDS FOR APPROVAL. ·#COMMISSIONING THE SYST EM AND FINAL TESTING UNDER THE PRESENCE OF DEWA SUPERVISOR/ENGINEER. ·#CONTRACTOR TO HAND OVER THE UNIT IN WORKING CONDITION. ·#TEST ING, INSTALLING AND COMMISSIONING THE COMPLETE SYSTEM AS PER EXISTING SITE REQUIREMENTS AND MANUFACTURES RECOMMENDATION. ·#THE JOB E XECUTION SHALL BE CARRIED OUT IN THE TIMING ASSIGNED BY THE DEWA ENGINEER ·#THE CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO TAKE ALL PRECAUTION, SO AS NOT DAMAGE ANY OF THE EXISTING EQUIPMENT/STRUCTURE ETC. ·#CONTRACTOR STAFF IS REQUIRED TO WEAR PROPER PERSONAL PRODUCTIVE EQUIPMENT AT ALL TIMES INSIDE THE PREMISES ·#ALL HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES, SIGNBOARDS, FIRE BLANKET, FIRE EXTINGUISHERS ETC#TO BE FOLLOWED UP STRICTLY.
