BIDDING OPENS ON: 23 February 2023 DUE ON: 2 May 2023 The broad areas for the project will include the operations, support and enhancement of existing Digital Services Platform across the following ‘Service Portfolio’ which consists of following services:· Environmental Licensing of Groundwater Wells Drilling and Use· Registration of an Environmental Consultancy Office· Environmental License for Development and Infrastructure Projects· Environmental License for Hazardous Materials Stores· Environmental License for Industrial Facilities· Fishing Permits and Licenses· Recreational Fishing Licenses· Aquaculture License· Environmental License for Commercial Facilities· Clearance Certificate for EAD Properties Damage on Main Road· Environmental License for Animal Production Farms· Permits for Native Trees Plantation and TranslocationThe Second Party shall provide following activities to ensure availability and utilization of Digital Services solutions.· Measure, monitor, report and improve Service Levels· Ensure 24X7 availability · Administration of application platform and components· Security administration · Liaison and escalation of issues to third party like application vendors, integration partners · Log, track, monitor & escalate user and system issues (Follow EAD’s request fulfillment, incident, and problem management process)· Facilitate the identification and resolution of integration issues by working with EAD’s IT and TAMM portal· Application, Database & Patching release levels must be kept at either principal’s certified version levels or versions approved by EAD. Assist EAD IT Team with application testing during server OS and component patching · Maintain Application system configuration settings and profile options· Provide L1 support by on-site resource, this resource is expected to be multi-skilled and dedicated to EAD.· Application user security administration (not limited to but including user privilege matrix)· Change initiation proposals for enhancement and modification in solution· Develop customizations including reports, alerts, workflows, procedures, views, and utilization methods of query tools· Assist EAD IT team with business continuity configuration and testing for disaster recovery of the application· Enhancement services to include requirement gathering, design, development, testing and go-live as per release process.PROPOSED DURATIONThe duration of the proposed contract will be for a total of 5 years (03 Years as main and additional 2 years as optional).
