This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The Veteran s Integrated Service Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22 is seeking to purchase a Surgical Science/Simbionix, ENDO Mentor Suite Simulator with a trade-in credit or equivalent, having the stated salient characteristics, adhering to the Statement of Work (SOW), S02 36C26226Q0057 attachment clauses and provisions All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: Supplies Refer to the S02 36C26226Q0057 document.
