Provide the on-site direction and raw footage for three case study videos highlighting Title X grantees engaged in innovative maternal health intervention strategies.
Consultant will arrange for and pay for consultant and video personnel travel and lodging for each filming location
Consultant will work with RHNTC to prepare location for each video
Consultant will carry out on-site video production support. They will be responsible for filming personnel and equipment for: video, lighting, and sound for three videos
Includes onsite producer, camera operator with HD camera, and associated equipment (lighting, sound, etc.) Production framework to include interviews and acquisition of onsite supporting imagery (onsite B-roll).
Consultant will select and prepare the interview location and background
Consultant will identify and film b-roll for each video on site and in the community
Consultant will provide direction and on-site advising during filming
Consultant will provide raw footage of the videos, and of b-roll via a cloud-based file transfer site.

Deliverables
On-site videography in Kansas City, KS, Corpus Christi, TX, and Atlanta, GA. Individual or organization selected will be responsible for arranging travel for videographer(s) or coordinating and hiring local video talent.
Video files of interviews
Video files of location and b-roll
Footage captured during production to ideally be shot in 4:2:2 ProRes format, using a log color profile. Audio to be recorded separately in 24/48 format or 32/48. Please capture 30 seconds of room tone when possible. For sync purposes, please capture audio and video using timecode sync and/or slate for every take (during interviews).
