Identify a Priority List of Activities that could be Delivered under the Sea-Map Knowledge and Partnerships Platform* this List should Build upon the Scoping Study Findings and Align with and Support the Objectives of Rap Action 8 (Strengthen Existing Asean Regional Knowledge Networks on Marine Plastics); Rap Action 10 (Coordinate Training Programs on Plastic and Plastic Waste Management); And Rap Action 13 (Establish a Regional Platform for Epr Knowledge and Implementation Support). The List of Activities should Also Take into Consideration the Ongoing Discussions of the Inc on Plastic Pollution and Related Knowledge Needs within Asean. * the List of Activities should Build upon Global Lessons Learned and Best Practices from Similar Knowledge and Partnerships Efforts Such as the World Bank Financed West Africa Coastal Area Management Program (Waca); As Well as Recent and Ongoing Discussions and Research in Asean Such as Status of Research; Legal; And Policy Efforts on Marine Plastics in Asean+3 by the National University of Singapore and Cobsea[1] ; Minutes from the Building Synergy and Collaboration on Plastics in the Asean Member States Meeting[2] ; And Minutes and Discussions from the Eria’S Expert Group on Marine Plastic Debris[3] . Task 3. Develop a Proposal and Roadmap for the Sea-Map Knowledge and Partnerships Platform* the Proposal should Include Details for the Activities to be Undertaken under this Platform; With Clear Specifications on the Activities; Their Value Add; And Implementation Roadmap with a Suggested Timeline for All Activities.* the Proposal’S Activities should Lead to an Effective Regional Knowledge Network that can Feed into High-Level Policy Dialogue at the Regional and International Level; Including the Inc/Global Agreement.* the Proposal should Include Considerations for the Sustainability of the Platform Activities beyond the Implementation Period of Sea-Map; And Mechanisms to Ensure Continued Coordination as Needed with Partners to Maintain the Activities’ Value.
