The INTERNATIONAL FINANCE CORPORATION in USA from Americas region had released this tender for Tenders are invited for Design and Build of Time Release Study Database. The scope of the assignment will encompass:(1) The design, development, and testing of the TRS solution, including Database interfaces for uploading TRS data. (2) The design, development, and configuration of all required Database components for deployment and operation of the TRS solution.(3) The specification and supply options of required server and network hardware to operate the TRS solution.(4) Delivery of capacity building and training activities, including preparation of training guides, Database manuals on both Databases use and its administration. (5) Provision of advice and support to the WCO and WBG in rollout of the TRS to at least 3 pilot sites during the assignment period.(6) Working closely with the WCO and WBG Project Team, in all aspects of Database design, build and testing. (7) Provision of advice and support to WCO in setting up and operating a Help Desk including training of personnel.(8) Provision of Database support services (including bug fixing) for a period of at least one year from the initial live operationAll documentation to be delivered as part of this contract should be in Microsoft Word docx files. All deliverables provided by the Consultant firm under this assignment will be the property of the World Customs Organisation and co-managed in partnership with the World Bank Group (WBG). The Consultant firm is also obligated to provide all “source code” of the TRS solution with rights for the World Customs Organisation to use and amend the Database as they require.Database Requirements are provided in the specification of Annexes A, B and C to this ToR, which are complementary and describes all key features and functionality of the TRS together with non-functional and implementation requirements. Additionally, the new TRS Online Database should be designed to the need of regional TRS. (Please refer to the TOR for more details).
