(7) Provision of advice and support to WCO in setting up and operating a Help Desk including training of personnel.(8) Provision of Database support services (including bug fixing) for a period of at least one year from the initial live operationAll documentation to be delivered as part of this contract should be in Microsoft Word docx files. All deliverables provided by the Consultant firm under this assignment will be the property of the World Customs Organisation and co-managed in partnership with the World Bank Group (WBG). The Consultant firm is also obligated to provide all “source code” of the TRS solution with rights for the World Customs Organisation to use and amend the Database as they require.Database Requirements are provided in the specification of Annexes A, B and C to this ToR, which are complementary and describes all key features and functionality of the TRS together with non-functional and implementation requirements. Additionally, the new TRS Online Database should be designed to the need of regional TRS. (Please refer to the TOR for more details).
