The UNLV NSHE-BUSINESS CENTER SOUTH in USA from Americas region had released this tender for Emergency phone installation project Title Mexican Dam Portage Project Project No G504726001 Federal Project No 693JJ22330000Y940NVRTP2118 PWP No CC-2025-493 Engineer s Estimate 165 561 Funding This project is federally funded Type This project is deemed a horizontal project NO DBE required for this project Pre-Bid Meeting This project will conduct a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on September 3 2025 at 10 00am meeting will be held at the Parks Building - 3303 Butti Way Bldg 9 Summary Carson City is accepting sealed bids for all labor materials tools and equipment necessary for the Mexican Dam Portage Project a Federally Funded Project which includes but is not limited to the construction of a pedestrian boat ramp along the Carson River upstream of the Mexican Dam for egress of small non-motorized watercraft kayaks small rafts canoes and paddleboards to enable safe portage around the dam The project includes bank excavation and backfill with articulated concrete block aggregate rip-rap and boulders construction of a rockery retaining wall on each side of the ramp construction installation of post and pole fence revegetation of disturbed areas Carson City will obtain a Grading permit a Working in Waterways permit and will produce and obtain the SWPPP with Contractor named on all permits The Contractor will be responsible for site safety and protection of public from hazards at all times during construction Sealed bids must be submitted in accordance with the bid documents drawings and plans specifications and special conditions related hereto Note that document 37 List_of_Subcontractors_ _Suppliers_Bidding_Form is now required at the time of bid submission with tender notice no. 5556-fh addendum 2 published on 12 Sep 2025.
