This type of program can target single GFF countries or groups of, per region. Programs typically run for a six month to one year – with several iterations – although the exact duration of each program is to be defined on a case-by-case scenario. Targeted participants are women leaders or “next generation” women leaders in the countries / region at stake, engaged in enhancing health system change. Participant group would typically range from 30-50 persons, able to work in a common language: either English or French. Program structure, content and methodology is inspired in the Greater Leader Program already piloted, but needs to be adapted to an in-person, in-country / region context. The contracted firm is expected to implement the program, accordingly, including management of selection of and communication with participants, program evaluation and reporting, as well as set-up and maintenance of respective Communities of Practice, where applicable. It is expected that up to July 2025, about 2-3 editions of this type of programs will be run. (see below for details on expected deliverables) 3. Expert consultancyThe contracted firm is expected, upon request, and on an ad-hoc basis, to support the GFF Secretariat in activities related to strategic priorities described above, include participation in the research projects, communication and publications, or related technical work in the domain of Women’s leadership.
