Summary Outcome/Expectations: • Refinement of existing job evaluation model with explicit evaluation criteria that could possibly be a best practice for other IRC functions. • Using the refined criteria, complete the job evaluation of designated People & Culture jobs with a job value/pay grade assignment. • Scalability and applicability assessment of existing job evaluation structure. • As time permits, a job architecture (job families, titles, grades & levels) recommendation for this group of jobs.
