These activities will focus on (A) building the capacity of the leadership and HR teams of the participating companies to adapt and implement diversity and inclusion tools, policies, programs, etc. in their respective workplaces, in accordance with national regulations and international best practices. (B) building up the internal female talent pool and leadership pipeline in each company so that the participating companies can create more gender-inclusive leadership respectively.
