ISSUE DATE AND TIME: Apr 17, 2023 10:13 CLOSING DATE AND TIME: May 08, 2023 15:00 The World Bank Group would like to hire General Contractor for the renovation of MC building 12th and 13th floors gallery. The works include, amongst others, select demolition and subsequent fit out of approximately 7270. The renovated space will include 13th floor lighting enhancement. Minor repairs and lighting control upgrades will be part of this scope as per Construction Documents. This will also include all works listed in these Specifications, Drawings, and incidentals thereto. Require that skilled craftsmen experienced in their respective trades execute all phases of the works. Require that a full-time Supervisor with ten (10) or more years of experience be on-site during work activities. Supervisor shall speak fluent English. The firm should be able to meet the following mandatory requirements to be eligible to participate in the solicitation: 1. Evidence of minimum average annual gross revenues of USD 5.0 million for the past three (3) years for work similar to the Statement of Work. 2. Offeror must demonstrate it has the financial capability to successfully support the entire contract. 3. Evidence that the Firm is registered and is authorized to engage in Construction and Fit-out Works business in the DC Metro area. Firm shall have been in business for at least three (3) years, with an office in Metro DC. 4. Evidence that over the last 3 years, company has successfully and continuously been engaged in providing the services stated in the Statement of Work. These criteria shall be satisfied by the Firm itself. 5.
