This Contract Focuses on the Backend Database that Users Access to Generate Sub-National Geospatial Aggregates. The space2stats Program is Focused on Supporting Flexible Boundary Definitions for Sub-National Aggregation: To Support this Flexibility; The Backend Database will Store Zonal Statistics Based on a Global Hexabin Level (h3-Defined Bins ). The Hexagons will be Defined at Different Sizes so that for Any Administrative Boundary Set (Admin 1; Admin 2; Admin3) an Admin Area Always Corresponds Approximately to a Hexagon. This Way; The Data should be Quarriable for Any Given Set of Admin Boundaries; So that the Back-End Data System is Indifferent to Changes that may Occur to Boundaries. This Database will then be Made Available via Api with Python and R Libraries that will Allow Users to Supply Their Own Polygonal Extents to Summarize the Data. The Back-End Data Set should be Designed with Automation of Spatial Time Series in Mind and as a Use Case Example; A Monthly Data Set of Rainfall (Chirps) and Ndvi (Modis) will be Generated and Updated on a Weekly Basis. The Wbg Reserves the Right to Publicly Disclose Contract Award Information, including but not Limited to, Name of Company Receiving the Award, Brief Description of Services, and Contract Award Amount, for Any Contract Award Valued over Us$250,000.
