The Implementation Activities are Geared to Address the Inefficiencies across the Agribusiness Value Chain by Creating Professional Intermediary Level Organizations (Input Distribution and Aggregation Network) and Unlock Their Potential to Increase Their Outreach to Smallholder Farmers. These Activities will Also Include Gender-Sensitive Training to Enhance Women's Access to Key Services. Improved Customer Care and Member Engagement Skills that Vbas; Ads; And Fo Leaders Adopt and Use when Working with Customers and Members will be Indirect Benefits from These Projects. It is Expected the Implementing Partner will Facilitate and Support the Implementation Phase to Help Undertake Baseline and Endline Assessments Using Alp Metrics (including the Impact Data Survey) and Scopeinsight Tools; Developed by Ifc; And Agribusiness Leadership Program (Alp) Training and Coaching in Zambia and malawi.the Overall Objective of the Assignment is to Ensure that the Project Activities are Delivered on Time; Within Budget; And with Achievement of Targets in the Project Implementation Plans.
