No. 185 of 04/06/2017 The supplier must have and provide an appropriate license to carry out pharmaceutical activities, according to the rules for the wholesale sale and storage of medicines and medical devices approved by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also in accordance with this Regulation, the cost of the proposed medicinal product, regardless of the number of intermediaries, should be no more than 15% of the purchase price (for importers) and 15% of the selling price (for domestic producers) and not exceed the reference price . In case of awarding the contract, the winning company must, within 5 working days , provide a guarantee of securing its proposal in the form of a deposit, by transferring funds to the settlement account of O'zmedimpeks LLC in the amount of 2% of the total contract amount, before the contract enters into force by virtue of. The amount of the deposit will be returned to the Winner after the full fulfillment of obligations under the contract. In case of non-fulfillment (including refusal to fulfill) contractual obligations by the Winner, the amount of the deposit will remain with the Buyer.
