These activities contribute to the National Employment Strategy of Uzbekistan 2030 (NES 2030).The new Labor Code of Uzbekistan was developed in accordance with the State Program on Implementation of the Action Strategy in five priority areas of Uzbekistan’s development in 2017-2021. The goal of the new Labor Code is to regulate individual labor and public relations directly related to them on the basis of ensuring a balance and harmonizing the interests of employees, employers and the state. The WBG reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$250,000.
