PURPOSE OF EOI: SC invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified local/national civil society organizations that are complementary for SC to design and implement joint programmes , sharing experiences and knowledge with the currently active partners to bring the sustainable changes in the life of children , This expression of interest is not concerned with specific funding that is currently available with Save the Children the thematic sectors that SC-Yemen is working on in Yemen which is the following: - 1) Child protection 2) Child right governance 3) Water, sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) 4) Food security and livelihood (FSL) 5) Nutrition 6) Health 7) Education 8) Gender 9) Economic empowerment 3. APPLICANTS ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA The minimum criteria for the National Organizations to be consider as potential partner include: · Legal Status, (should be registered according to prevailing laws and regulations) · Yearly financial audits · Timely renewal of the organization registration. · Tax exemption certificate (if applicable) · Local (Registered and working in specified province/s) · Proven track record on service delivery · Active role for founders/governing board and separated from executive management. · the CSO have a zero tolerance approach to fraud, bribery, and corruption - as set out in thier policies · No preferential treatment seen in board and staff structure · share Save the Children's vision , Mission and values of Accountability, Ambition, Collaboration, Creativity, and Integrity, including on child and human rights · Clear Strategy goals & objectives, grounded in civil society. · Proven experience in working with UN agencies and INGOs operating in Yemen. · Having children as one of their main target groups. · Work and have acceptance in local communities. · Not politically allied to any political parties · all potential partner CSO will undergo a comprehensive partnership assessment as per SCI procedures if they are selected to be implementing partners for SCI Yemen published on 11 Apr 2023.
