1.Bid Documents can be purchased by Bidders during office working hours upon
the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment
of a nonrefundable fee.
2. Bid must be delivered in a sealed envelopes bearing name, number of the subproject and bid number to the address given below on or before the time and
date of bids opening. Late bid submitted after this date will be rejected and will
be returned to its owner closed.
3.The Technical Part of the bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the
bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the
address given below on [01/10/2023 at 11:00. a.m]. The Financial Part shall
remain unopened and will be held in safe custody of the Employer until the
second public opening of the Financial Part, following the evaluation of the
Technical Part of the bids.
4.applicant should present a copy of valid tax card.
5.applicant should present a copy of sales tax certificate.
6.applicant should present copy of insurance card + valid zakat card.
7.applicant should present a copy of profession practicing license.
8.The applicant must commit to paying taxes according to the laws in
force in the country
The Bidders who obtained the tender documents or their designated
representatives are invited to attend the pre-bid meeting to explain the
privacy of the project, its components and Employer requirements. The
meeting will be held at the Social Fund for Development office, Aden branch,
on 17/09/2023 at 11:00 am.
16. Purchasing the Bid documents shall be stopped 17 days before the date
of bid submission and bid opening corresponding to 14/09/2023. with tender notice no. 300-12882 published on 11 Aug 2023. The tender expired on 01 Oct 2023.
