The envelopes are opened in a public session at BFD Office in Aden Governorate - Khormaksar District - Al-Shabat - next to Al-Dhibani Hotel - Second Floor, according to the appointments specified above. Any bid submitted or received after this date will be rejected and will be returned. 4. The applicant must bring a copy of a valid commercial register. 5. The applicant must bring a copy of a valid tax card. 6. The applicant must bring a copy of a valid profession practice certificate. 7. In the event that the required documents of the bidder are expired or need to be renewed, a commitment to renewing the expired documents must be attached unless the bid will be excluded in the first stage of the analysis. 8. An unconditional bank guarantee or a check acceptable to pay for the amount and currency specified above must be attached to the bid, valid for the above-mentioned period starting from the date of opening the envelopes. Any bid that is not accompanied by a bid guarantee will be rejected. 9. The bid shall be submitted in the currency mentioned above, and any bid submitted in a different currency will be excluded. 10.
