Complete offer in one original (One outer envelope contains three separate envelopes for Technical bid , Financial bids and Bid Security) shall be sealed and marked as stated in tender documents, to be hand-delivered to DRC office in Sana’a before the ITB closure date (19th November,2023) and time (10:00 AM)-Yemeni Local Time. Submitted bids after this deadline will be rejected.
3. Inquiries/clarifications can be sent to yem-ads@drc.ngo. Closing date for Inquires/clarifications is on 12th November 2023 and response to all inquiries/clarifications shall be shared with all applicants (3) days prior to the closing date of the tender. with tender notice no.
