The required services shall include the provision of routine quarterly inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance, checking and testing of equipment functionality, safety and any other items deemed necessary according to the manufacturers’ recommended and applicable standards. 3. OSESGY/UNMHA FTS requires interested and qualified vendors to submit proposals for the maintenance of its HP printers (spare parts included) to establish a nonexclusive Contract for an initial period of 1 (one) year with the option to extend for 2 (two) additional one-year each, subject to extension of Mission’s mandate, availability of funds and satisfactory performance of the Contractor. 4. This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. OSESGY reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to an EOI does not automatically guarantee that such company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued..
