1. Unconditional bank guarantee of $11,000 valid for 120 days from the day of the envelope opening.
i. (From 12 June 2023 to 13 October 2023)
2. Copy of Valid tax card.
3. Copy of Valid Zakat card.
4. Copy of Valid Commercial Registration.
5. The bids shall be valid for a period of Six Months after the bids opening.
6. Work Experience in the same field with international NGOs or others to be attached to the technical offer.
7. The tender quote must be signed and stamped otherwise the quote will be excluded from the competition.
8. Bids should be in dollars and payments will be in dollars.
9. Any bid that doesn’t meet the requirement above, will be considered cancelled.
10. A site visit will be conducted on 06 June 2023.
11. The last day to sell envelopes will be on June 07, 2023.
12. To respond to any queries or comments, a meeting will be held at the Organization office in Aden on June 08, 2023 from 10 am to 12 pm.
13. Deadline for submitting Bid Quotation is on 11 June 2023 not later than 2 Pm to CARE office in Aden as the address described above, and any bid received after the deadline, it will be returned unopened.
14. The envelopes will be opened on 12 June 2023, at 10:00 am with the attendance of contractors or their representatives assigned officially at CARE office in Aden.
