Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation Works in CRS Office in Aden. All interested vendors must attend the mandatory site visit that will be held in work site located at Embassy Area, Khourmaksar, Aden on Thursday the 27th July 2023 at 10:00 AM. Applicants that will not attend the pre-meeting will consider their proposals to be rejected. For more information about site visit location please contact mobile # 780 660 835 CRS Yemen is looking for a specialized contractor to provide the items and services shown in Attachment 1 at competitive prices and high quality. General Requirements 1. The supplier must be registered to conduct business and in compliance with government tax regulations in Yemen. 2. The supplier cannot provide or use any items with origin in the Islamic Republic of Iran or produced by Iranian companies. 3. Experience supplying International Organizations, Non-Governmental Organizations, or large private companies will be an advantage. 4. CRS retains the right to reject, cancel, negotiate, amend, split, and accept any offer, without consideration of the lowest offer. 5. This is an invitation to vendors and is not a promise or obligation that CRS will contract with suppliers through the submitted offers. Requested Information The submission must include: 1. Completed Application Form (see form below in page#3) 2. Copy of owner’s ID or passport (if available) 3. Copy of company Registration Certificate 4. Copy of Tax Registration Certificate 5. Commercial Offer (see form attached) 6. Reference Form (see form attached) 7. The vendor must read, sign & stamp CRS’ SUPPLIER CODE OF CONDUCT, attached Bid Requirements Offers that do not meet the following will be automatically rejected regardless of price: 1. Offers must be received before the stated deadline. 2. Offers must include all information requested above. 3. Unit prices must be provided for all line items. Offers that only include totals will be rejected. 4. Bids must be submitted through the email address for receiving bids. Separate bidding offers must be submitted separately. Any missing documents may cause the entire offer to be rejected. 5. Offers must be clean & clear. The vendor should sign and stamp next to handwritten corrections or corrections made with whiteout. 6. Offers must be complete, signed on a clear date, and stamped on all pages. 7. All proposed prices MUST be in US Dollars, otherwise the offer will be excluded. Delivery Instructions: Completed, stamped and signed offers can be submitted by email to: yemenprocurement@crs.org as PDF file. Email must indicate the number of tender which is (1823 - Aden) or the offer will be excluded . The file should not exceed 15 MBs and the company biography should not exceed 10 pages.
