· Valid income tax card and zakat card.
· Valid Registration card.
· The validity of the quotes must be for one year.
· Work Experience in the same field with international NGOs or others and include a copy of previous contracts for supplying similar items.
· The tender quote must be signed and stamped on each page otherwise the quote will be excluded from the competition.
· Bids should be in dollar and payment will be in dollar.
· Any bid doesn’t meet the requirement above will consider cancelled.
· The last day to sale envelops will be on Monday 08/21/2023.
· A pre-bid meeting session will be held in the Country Office in case there are any queries from the interested bidders, the session will be held on Tuesday 08/22/2023 10:00AM.
· Deadline for submitting Bid Quotation is on Tuesday 08/29/2023 not later than 02:00 PM to CARE main office in Sana'a as address described above, and any bid received after the deadline and time will be returned unopened. with tender notice no.
