The envelopes are opened at the headquarters of the Small and Micro Enterprises Development Agency / first floor (main meeting hall) / Beirut Street - city tour towards Faj Attan - behind Mizan Al-Humairi - Sana’a,. According to the specified date in the presence of the bidding suppliers or their representatives, any bid submitted or received after this date will be returned to its owner, sealed.
3. The applicant must bring a copy of a valid tax card and a document purchase document.
4. The applicant must bring a copy of a valid sales tax registration certificate.
5. The applicant must bring a copy of a valid insurance card and zakat card.
6. The applicant must bring a copy of a valid profession practice certificate.
7. The applicant must commit to paying taxes according to the laws in force in the country.
8. An unconditional bank guarantee or a check accepted for payment in the amount specified above must be attached to the bid, valid for the period mentioned above. Any bid not accompanied by the bid guarantee will be rejected.
9. Bid validity period as specified above.
10. The bid shall be submitted in the currency mentioned above, and any bid submitted in a different currency will be excluded.
