1- An unconditional bank guarantee for a lump sum specified in the schedule, valid for a period of (90) days from the date of opening the envelopes, or an acceptable check for payment.
2- A copy of the valid tax card.
3- A copy of the valid insurance card.
4- A copy of the valid Zakat card.
5- A copy of the sales tax registration certificate.
6- A copy of the valid commercial register.
7- A copy of the profession practice certificate.
8- A copy of a valid registration and classification certificate.
Foreign companies are excluded from submitting the aforementioned certificates and cards, and it is sufficient to submit qualified legal documents issued by the countries to which these companies belong.
The last date for submitting the tender documents to those wishing to participate is Tuesday, 08/15/2023 AD.
The envelopes will be opened in the office of the Ministry of Water and Environment - the meeting room - the ground floor, located in Al-Aqel tour - north of the Mercure Hotel - spot No. (5) - Corniche / Khormaksar - M. Aden in the presence of the bidders who wish or their representatives with an official authorization signed and sealed with tender notice no. 02/2023EU/PWD/ published on 04 Aug 2023.
