Specifically, the vendor’s role will include: 1) Developing job postings based on the Pact-provided job descriptions 2) Posting the jobs on job sites and local newspapers agreed upon jointly by the vendor and Pact 3) Screening applications 4) Conducting screening interviews, coordinating with candidates to take tests (if applicable for the position), completing evaluation forms for candidates, and creating a shortlist of candidates for the hiring manager to review 5) Coordinating with the hiring manager who will select candidates to interview 6) Scheduling interviews with the candidate and hiring manager/interview panel 7) Conducting reference and background checks on selected candidate 8) Coordinating with Pact to create and send offer letters and communicating with the successful and unsuccessful candidates 9) Providing Pact with a weekly status update on all open positions (format of update to be provided by Pact) with tender notice no.
