The UN Secretariat in Colombia from Americas region had released this tender for Requirement for comprehensive maintenance, repair & recovery services for conventional Toyota vehicle fleet located in Colombia La UNVMC desea validar con el mercado lo siguiente: 1. ¿Es posible obtener una carta de Automotores Toyota de Colombia confirmando que el proveedor/empresa está autorizado a prestar servicios de mantenimiento y venta y/o distribución de repuestos originales? 2. ¿Es posible que una empresa subcontrate a otros talleres oficiales de Toyota para prestar servicios en todo el territorio colombiano? Existe algún documento oficial por parte de Toyota o del proveedor que lo confirme. 3. En lugares donde no existan talleres oficiales, ¿puede una empresa llegar a acuerdos con talleres no oficiales para prestar servicios de mantenimiento básico que deberán estar de acuerdo con los procedimientos, normas y especificaciones del fabricante de los vehiculos, incluyendo el suministro de repuestos originales, lubricantes y elementos asociados para llevar a cabo los servicios. 3. ¿Es posible que el proveedor pueda garantizar que la garantía no se vea afectada? 4. ¿Cuál es el proceso y el tiempo estimado cuando algun repuesto no está disponibles en un taller específico? ¿Es posible acordar por contrato el manejo de inventario de repuestos recurrentes en algunos talleres para garantizar la disponibilidad? 5. ¿Puede el proveedor proporcionar el Listado Unificado de Precios de Concesionario para repuestos cada vez que se actualice? Puede el proveedor ofrecer un descuento sobre ese precio al firmar un contrato? 6. ¿Cuál es el método de cálculo de costo más utilizado para la reparación de carrocerías y la pintura? Ej:Por panel o por horas de mano de obra. 7. ¿Cuál es el plazo normal de garantía posventa para los servicios de mantenimiento, reparacion de carrocerias, pintura y repuestos? 8. ¿Es posible que una empresa que presta servicios de mantenimiento proporcione conductores para el servicio de recogida, traslado o entrega de vehiculos con una tarifa diaria/hora en todo el territorio colombiano? De no ser así, existe la posibilidad de prestar estos servicios con otra opción de costeo. 9. ¿Es posible prestar el servicio de recuperación (servicio de Grúa) de vehículos averiados desde cualquier lugar del territorio Colombiano? Is it possible to get a letter from Automotores Toyota de Colombia confirming that the vendor is allowed to provide maintenance services and sale/or distribution of OEM spare parts? 2. Is it possible that a company subcontracts other official workshops to provide services around the Colombian territory? Is there any official document by Toyota that can confirm it. 3. In places where there are no official workshops, can a company make arrangements with non-official workshops to provide basic maintenance services that will have to be in accordance with the equipment manufacturers procedures, standards, and specifications, including the supply of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) spare parts, lubricants, and associated items to carry out the services. Is it possible that the vendor can ensure that the warranty is not affected? 4. What is the process and estimated time when spare parts are not available in a specific workshop? It is possible to agreed by contract to have some recurrent spare parts in workshops to guarantee availability? 5. Can the supplier provide the Unified Dealer Price File for spare parts every time is updated? Can the supplier provide a discount on that price when signing a contract? 6. Which is the commonly used costing method for body repair and painting? Ex:By pannel or by labour hours. 7. What is the normal time for after-service warranty/guarantee for any performed services or spareparts. 8. Is it possible for a company that provide maintenance services to provide Drivers for collection, transfer or drop-off service with a daily/hourly rate in all Colombian territory? If not, there is a possibility to provide these services with another costing option. 9. Is it possible to provide recovery services(Crane services) for damaged vehicles from any place in the Colombia territory? If yes, how the cost is calculated? 10. What is the estimated time in worshops for the following services: -Preventive maintenances from 1000km to 70.000km. -Painting of pieces -Body repair with tender notice no.
