Zadáním je návrh bloku se službou: sociálně terapeutické dílny (STD), sociální rehabilitace (SR) a raná péče (RP). Součástí bude také zázemí pro zaměstnance a administrativu a vnitřní bazén se zázemím s větráním s rekuperací, k ohřevu vody využít solárních kolektorů. Bazén bude navržen pro 20 osob. 2. NP bude přístupné bezbariérově, výtahem. Stavební řešení bude navazovat na již zrealizovanou přístavbu a stavební úpravy pavilonu B a C. Návrh bude zahrnovat řešení připojení inženýrských sítí s návazností na stávající areálové rozvody, případně jejich přeložky. Je uvažováno s instalací „zelených střech“. Součástí bude návrh zabezpečovacího zařízení v návaznosti na stávající řešení. Součástí předmětu plnění bude i zajištění průzkumů a měření: doměření stávajícího stavu geodetické zaměření stavby a venkovních ploch kamerové průzkumy stávajících kanalizačních přípojek objektu měření radonu vnitřního prostředí a další potřebné průzkumy a měření. Změna předmětu díla dle dodatku č. 2: Předmětem plnění dle této smlouvy je provedení díla – zhotovení projektové dokumentace na akci „Autis Centrum – stavební úpravy a přístavba – sociální rehabilitace, Plzeňská 2219/44, 370 04 České Budějovice“ v rozsahu stanoveném inventarizací provedených prací, jež je přílohou č. 1 tohoto dodatku. with tender notice no. 362239-2026 published on 08 Jun 2026.
