Součástí plnění je rovněž vypracování zprávy o plnění zásady DNSH (Do no Significant Harm – významně nepoškozovat), dokumentace k prověřování z hlediska klimatického dopadu, PENB (průkaz energetické náročnosti budovy) a výkon autorského dozoru po dobu realizace stavby v předpokládaném rozsahu 800 hodin. Zpracování bude probíhat v souladu s požadavky zákona č. 283/2021 Sb., stavebního zákona, vyhlášky č. 131/2024 Sb., o dokumentaci staveb, vyhlášky 169/2016 Sb., o rozsahu dokumentace veřejné zakázky na stavební práce a soupisu stavebních prací, dodávek a služeb s výkazem výměr, platnými ČSN EN A ČSN, zákona č. 309/2006 Sb., o zajištění dalších podmínek bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci ve znění pozdějších předpisů. with tender notice no. 533329-2026 published on 03 Aug 2026. Dále také vypracování projektové dokumentace pro odstranění stavby, podání žádosti o povolení odstranění stavby, inženýrská činnost, zpracování projektové dokumentace pro odstranění stavby, včetně všech potřebných vyjádřeních, souhlasů a dalších podkladů nezbytných k odstranění stavby objektů na adrese Poláčkova 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11. včetně odstranění stávajících základů a vyčistění budoucího staveniště.
