The Ředitelství silnic a dálnic s. p. in Czech Republic from Europe region had released this tender for Předmětem veřejné zakázky je novostavba dálnice D35 v úseku východně od Úlibic, která nahradí stávající silnici I/35 a je součástí mezinárodní silnice E442 v trase Karlovy Vary – Ústí nad Labem – Liberec – Hradec Králové – Olomouc – Žilina a tvoří významnou spojnici mezi Libereckým, Královéhradeckým, Pardubickým a Olomouckým krajem. Hlavním stavebním objektem celé stavby je trasa dálnice D35 o délce 1 640 m, která je navržena v kategorii D25.5 dle ČSN 73 6101. Návrhová rychlost je 120 km/h v úseku 0,7 – 1,9 od km 1,9 do 2,34 je s ohledem na pokračování komunikace jako silnice I. třídy návrhová rychlost 110 km/h. Součástí stavby je mimoúrovňová křižovatka MÚK Úlibice, která řeší křížení silnice I/16 s dálnicí. Křižovatka je navržena jako trojlístková s jednou direktní větví. Dále stavba řeší přeložku silnice I/16 v celkové délce 2 150 m, která je v úseku mezi ZÚ a MÚK Úlibice navržena v kategorijní šířce S 20.75 (s rozšířením v SDP o 1.0 m) a dále bude pokračovat v kategorii S 11,5. Na této přeložce je navržena v km 0.713 spirálová turbookružní křižovatka (vejcovitá) umožňující napojení budoucí silnice II/635 (a sil. III. třídy) na přeložku silnice I/16. Okružní křižovatka je navržena s dvěma „spirálovými“ jízdními pruhy s průměrem cca 60 m. Stavbou jsou vyvolané přeložky křižujících silnic III. třídy a polních cest. Na trase je celkem 9 mostních objektů, z toho jsou dva mosty dálniční. Dálnice bude vybavena jednotlivými prvky bezpečnostního SOS systému.
