DNS bude rozdělen na kategorie ve smyslu § 138 odst. 1 ZZVZ, a to následovně: a)Kategorie I. – FVE o instalovaném výkonu do 30 MWp včetně; b)Kategorie II. – FVE o instalovaném výkonu nad 30 MWp Dodavatel je oprávněn podat Žádost o účast na jakoukoli Kategorii DNS či kombinaci Kategorií DNS. Pro obě Kategorie platí shodné technické vymezení předmětu plnění. Rozdíl mezi Kategorií I. a Kategorií II. spočívá zejména v předpokládaném instalovaném výkonu FVE, rozsahu montážních kapacit, organizaci prací, logistických nárocích a časovém harmonogramu konkrétní dílčí veřejné zakázky.
