Převod kmitočtů z optické domény do radiofrekvenční domény bude proveden pomocí generátoru kmitočtového hřebene s roztečí 200 MHz. Předmět plnění veřejné zakázky v rozsahu podrobného vymezení technických parametrů představujících požadavky zadavatele je blíže specifikován v příloze č. 1 Návrhu smlouvy, který je jako celek nedílnou součástí této zadávací dokumentace jako její příloha č. 4 (Návrh smlouvy). Uvedené podmínky a požadavky jsou závazné a absolutní, a proto nesplnění některých z nich bude znamenat vyloučení účastníka z další účasti v zadávacím řízení. Dodávka zahrnuje také dopravu, instalaci a uvedení zařízení do provozu a zaškolení obsluhy. Předmětem dodávky je dodání nového, nepoužitého a plně funkčního přístroje pocházejícího z oficiální distribuce, určeného pro použití v České republice, a to včetně všech dokladů (zejména záručního listu a tištěného či elektronického návodu k použití v českém nebo anglickém jazyce).
