Předmětem veřejné zakázky je výkon funkce manažera stavby, jehož činnost spočívá v: a) supervizi při zpracování projektových dokumentací/odstraňování vad projektových dokumentací již předaných zadavateli; b) technickém dozoru stavebníka při realizaci stavby (TDS); c) koordinaci bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci na staveništi v souladu se zákonem č. 309/2006 Sb., kterým se upravují další požadavky bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci v pracovněprávních vztazích a o zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při činnosti nebo poskytování služeb mimo pracovněprávní vztahy (zákon o zajištění dalších podmínek bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci), ve znění pozdějších předpisů; d) koordinaci stavby Domova pro seniory Hovězí. Jedná se tedy zejména o: i. činnost manažera stavby v rámci projektové přípravy, tzn. kontrola projektové dokumentace pro vydání stavebního povolení (DSP) a projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby (DPS) a koordinace činností za zadavatele v rámci projektu Design & Build; ii. činnost manažera stavby v rámci realizace stavby, tzn. dozor nad včasným a kvalitním provedením stavby a kontrola projektové dokumentace skutečného provedení stavby (DSPS) a iii. činnost koordinátora stavby a bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci na staveništi (BOZP). with tender notice no. 541196-2026 published on 06 Aug 2026.
