Zpracování a podání žádosti o vydání povolení záměru dle stavebního zákona, včetně všech vyžadovaných podkladů, jejímž výsledkem bude vydání povolení záměru (povolení stavby). Zhotovitel bude spolupracovat při vydání příslušných rozhodnutí do nabytí jejich právní moci. Výkon Dozoru projektanta při zhotovení PDPS. Nedílnou součástí (nad rámec běžných činností dozoru projektanta) je zajištění důsledné koordinace jednotlivých postupů ZOV při zpracování PDPS. Zpracování oznámení záměru dle § 6 zákona č. 100/2001 Sb., o posuzování vlivů na životní prostředí (dále jen „oznámení EIA“), zpracování a podání kompletní a úplné dokumentace EIA v rozsahu dle přílohy č. 4, zák. 100/2001 Sb. a zapracování závěru z procesu EIA do DPS. Rozsah tohoto plnění si Objednatel vyhrazuje jako změnu závazku ze smlouvy v souladu s ustanovením § 100 odst. 1 ZZVZ.
