Dílo bude sloužit jako podklad pro rozhodnutí pozemkového úřadu o schválení návrhu pozemkových úprav a rozhodnutí o výměně nebo přechodu vlastnických práv. Návrh JPÚ bude vyhotoven podle podrobnějšího členění, které přesně odpovídá náležitostem uvedeným ve vyhlášce č. 13/2014 Sb., o postupu při provádění pozemkových úprav a náležitostech návrhu pozemkových úprav, ve znění pozdějších předpisů (dále jen „vyhláška č. 13/2014 Sb.“). JPÚ budou řešeny se zvláštním zřetelem na úpravu vodohospodářských poměrů. Pro předmětnou lokalitu v k. ú. Tlučná byl vyhotoven projekt „Biotop Tlučná“ (zadavatel obec Tlučná), který zahrnuje mimo jiné i revitalizaci Vejprnického potoka. Cílem jednoduché pozemkové úpravy s výměnou vlastnických práv v k.ú. Tlučná je, na základě žádosti obce Tlučná a SPÚ, navrhnout a následně vybudovat biotop, jehož primární funkcí bude zadržení vody v krajině a sekundární funkcí bude fungující přírodní systém, který podporuje biodiverzitu. Do předpokládaného obvodu jednoduché pozemkové úpravy bude zahrnuta pouze lokalita Pod Němčím dolem. Předmětem plnění této veřejné zakázky je zpracování návrhu jednoduchých pozemkových úprav (dále jen „JPÚ“) v katastrálním území Tlučná, včetně nezbytných geodetických prací v třídě přesnosti určené pro obnovu katastru nemovitostí vyhláškou č. 357/2013 Sb., o katastru nemovitostí (katastrální vyhláška), ve znění pozdějších předpisů (dále jen „katastrální vyhláška“). Návrh JPÚ bude zpracován tak, aby jej bylo možno zapsat do katastru nemovitostí. Dílo bude sloužit jako podklad pro rozhodnutí pozemkového úřadu o schválení návrhu pozemkových úprav a rozhodnutí o výměně nebo přechodu vlastnických práv. Návrh JPÚ bude vyhotoven podle podrobnějšího členění, které přesně odpovídá náležitostem uvedeným ve vyhlášce č. 13/2014 Sb., o postupu při provádění pozemkových úprav a náležitostech návrhu pozemkových úprav, ve znění pozdějších předpisů (dále jen „vyhláška č. 13/2014 Sb.“). JPÚ budou řešeny se zvláštním zřetelem na úpravu vodohospodářských poměrů. Pro předmětnou lokalitu v k. ú. Tlučná byl vyhotoven projekt „Biotop Tlučná“ (zadavatel obec Tlučná), který zahrnuje mimo jiné i revitalizaci Vejprnického potoka. Cílem jednoduché pozemkové úpravy s výměnou vlastnických práv v k.ú. Tlučná je, na základě žádosti obce Tlučná a SPÚ, navrhnout a následně vybudovat biotop, jehož primární funkcí bude zadržení vody v krajině a sekundární funkcí bude fungující přírodní systém, který podporuje biodiverzitu. Do předpokládaného obvodu jednoduché pozemkové úpravy bude zahrnuta pouze lokalita Pod Němčím dolem. Předpokládaná výměra řešeného území je v katastrálním území (dále jen „k. ú.“) 4 ha.
